Overall I thought this was good value for money. Lovely hotel, pleasant staff. Spa was great and treatment very professional. My only complaint was the pool. It was extremely cold and heater around pool blowing cold air. This was very disappointing and a few cold children! Otherwise enjoyed my stay.

The afternoon tea was delicious and staff were very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for them. When we went to the spa staff there were brilliant as well. The whole experience was lovely and relaxing and treatment we had was amazing. We had a brilliant afternoon at the Cardrona.

I have booked this hotel from SpaSeekers and it was a lovely hotel the staff were accommodating especially manager Mohammed Salim. Was very humble and friendly. Now the place is wonderful but can make some changes to make it more better. I was disappointed that my note for the afternoon tea had asked to do something special for my husbands birthday and I also confirmed this verbally. The note was also visible for our server but he didn't accommodate this so I had to find an alternative. Otherwise the room was beautiful and accommodating. The therapists were amazing in the spa section I think the package of the massage needs to be more clear as I opted for a full body for 55 mins but I was told I got back for 25 mins and then a another treatment of 25 mins. It would be nice if they offered herbal tea too. The swimming pool was quite cold but the steam rooms were nice. Overall it was worth the deal but I wanted to give a detailed feed back so they can make changes.
