This was my first visit to this hotel and spa with my friend. It was too celebrate our birthdays. The hotel is pleasant but is in need of some tender loving care especially in the bedrooms. The grill and restaurant were really lovely and the food was really nice, well presented and staff were curtious and helpful. The spa itself is small but equally had what we needed.. Again the furniture is in need of some care but the best part for me by far was Marius my treatment fora back massage..... He is a hidden gem. Best ever massage I've in a very long time, friendly, helpful and above all else gives the best experience of the spa treatment. Thank you

The experience was disappointing. No cake or hot chocolate in the cafe, due to reservations?! The thermal experience wasn’t fully supplied. And the massage was ok, felt that it was like a Swedish massage and not relaxing.

Treated my partner to the spa treatment and meal. We really enjoyed the spa treatment the ladies that give us the therapy was lovely, lovely first spa experience.The meal was gorgeous Nicky was very helpful and friendly and the guy behind the bar was a good laugh too. The only downside was the bed in the room after all that treatment it would be been nice to get into a comfy bed but it was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. But apart from that everything was lovely!
