We used the pool, steam room and sauna, had a rasul treatment and back massage and then afternoon tea. Staff were really helpful and lovely. We felt very relaxed. Some of the facilities like the toilets flushing not working properly, the spinner to put wet costumes in not working and just some areas needed a revamp like the chairs and settees but nothing to spoil our day.

All 3 of us thoroughly enjoyed our spa day, everything was well planned, the food was delicious as well as a dairy free option being catered for. The changing areas could do with a bit of an upgrade, lockers were intermittently not locking. The treatments were excellent, a really enjoyable and relaxing day!

The hotel staff were lovely, but on arrival there was no Prosseco bottle. We also were not advised about our first night dinner allocation. But they did advise us about breakfast. The spa was lovely, would be slightly better if it had a Jacuzzi. The treatments and afternoon tea was lovely. The hotel all in all was lovely.
