I visited this spa with a friend who was visiting. We had a wonderful warm welcome on arrival. We both enjoyed our treatments the rooms were calming and set out beautifully. Relaxation room - calming and a wonderful space to enjoy after treatment. Changing rooms - clean and tidy, lockers available, wonderful hot showers. Indoor pool - quite cold Whirlpool/Jacuzzi - cold and the button to activate it was poolside meaning you had to keep getting out to put it on. Which was uncomfortable as the pool area was cold. Steam room - delightful Sauna - great Afternoon tea - great variety and lively staff again. Very attentive.

The hotel was set up for Christmas and looked beautiful. We enjoyed sitting by the fire with an afternoon tea. What impressed me the most was the staff. Helpful and super friendly throughout our visit. The scones especially deserve a shout out! The facilities were clean and we had a wonderful day. We will visit again and hope to stay over night next time
