My daughter and I had a lovely time here. We had use of the facilities a facial and afternoon tea. We enjoyed every single minute Absolutely fantastic way to relax and refresh The facial was lovely, the therapist Anna was fantastic a very relaxing experience. The afternoon tea was delicious and plentiful overlooking beautiful Loch Awe, absolutely stunning. Thank you to the lovely professional staff for making it so nice.

We had an overnight spa stay as a birthday treat. I’ve been to this hotel several times and love the location. Staff are friendly and accommodating, particularly the spa and reception staff. Our treatments and time spent in the relaxation room were lovely and relaxing. The main pool area wasn’t as relaxing, it was busy and loungers had towels reserving the space with no one physically using them so we didn’t end up taking advantage of that area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, I would recommend the hotel and spa resort.

We booked a weekend spa day with afternoon tea. The treatments were lovely. We had the facial and deep tissue massage for 55 minutes. The afternoon tea was really good with the most beautiful views of the Loch and gardens. I was underwhelmed with the pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna if I'm honest. It was a bit "local pool" feel and bit a special treat feel. Maybe a bit of interior decor update? Some outside seating for the sunny days? Definitely needs a larger hot tub and perhaps some background music too. It was just a bit of an anti climax, not a luxury feel at all.

The spa itself is great, plenty of room and facilities are excellent and clean. The massage was lovely, and once again staff in the spa were very welcoming and helpful. If I'm honest the afternoon tea wasn't the best. The selection was good but not really flavourful. There only seemed to be one member of staff there, who was doing a great job, but very odd they were manning both the bar and tables. Would 100% return for the Spa facilites and maybe opt for a meal next time instead.
