Spa was great just a few things which could be improved, there was not enough chairs in the relaxing room, people were having to stand which is not relaxing, also afternoon tea you felt very abandoned no staff in sight to assist bit of a let down as this was a treat for my daughters birthday, thankfully the staff from the spa were all lovely and helpful.

We had a fabulous overnight break. All of the staff in the hotel reception, the bar, the restaurant and the spa were super attentive and lovely. We had a massage from Georgia who was just fantastic! Overall brilliant stay, and great value for money.

The spa treatments were amazing, we had a massage and facial and felt very relaxed. The spa facility is gorgeous. The pool area is nice with sauna and steam room but no Jacuzzi. The restaurant and bar food was absolutely gorgeous, really good quality ingredients. We had a bar snack for lunch, evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant as part of the deal. Highly recommend the sausage ciabatta. It has lovely location, surrounded by a picturesque golf course just into Shropshire, but the best thing about the stay was the staff who were very friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is set in the grounds of the golf course. The spa treatments were very good and spa area lovely with relaxation room. Large swimming pool with steam and sauna rooms. Was a very wet couple of days so didn't go for a walk. Hotel staff very friendly, the room was great view over the gold course and was nice and clean.
