Been to this hotel few times for spa deals. The staff are lovely spa, treatments, good dinner and breakfast. Rooms could do with wee upgrade but we're clean.

Had the most lovely solo spa day, the facilities were lovely and had an amazing massage by Inna (might be spelt wrong) who was so kind. Every memeber of staff I interacted with were so helpful and friendly!

Booked a spa day for a friend’s birthday. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed a facial and deep tissue massage. Rasul was fantastic although not enough steam. Really enjoyed pool. However, late morning/early afternoon it was too busy to use the facilities and too noisey to relax. The sauna was not very hot. Steam room was perfect. No Jacuzzi. Afternoon tea was nice. Most lockers did not work and changing rooms were small - main changing room out of order. Overall a pleasant and enjoyable day.
