A very enjoyable birthday treat. 2 night stay. Our room was beautiful and very clean. Afternoon tea was lovely and had an amazing facial in the spa. Staff all friendly and helpful. Definitely be booking this spa break again.

My husband booked a spa afternoon for me. The afternoon tea was nice, the spa area was very good, I’m afraid the overall experience was let down by the general appearance of the pool area. Sun loungers were stained, paint was peeling off the ceiling and walls, and there was substantial rusting and mould on the stanchions around the pool.

We had a lovely day and the facilities are great, if a little tired in places. Pool was great, changing rooms also and all very clean. Great variety of steam and saunas. More beds needed around the pool and needs a fresh paint and deep clean of some of the older looking tiles. Afternoon tea was lovely, although staff not very attentive and we had to ask a couple of times for the food and to order drinks. Very slow service. Massage was amazing really enjoyable. Overall we had a lovely and relaxing day and I would go again as the price is reasonable.

Had a lovely (albeit too short) spa break at this venue. Very happy with the room and the spa facilities. The evening meal in the restaurant was delicious and all of the staff were so accommodating and helpful. Will definitely be returning.
