Spa was really lovely. The afternoon tea was ok but nothing special and the service was below par. I had to ask for my tea twice and it came with no milk and then I got someone else’s drink delivered. When I explained I was initially told I was wrong. No one asked how the food was.

I booked a spa treatment for my birthday and it was worth every penny. The massage, spa treatment and lunch were all excellent and left me feeling special. I would definitely recommend.

A lovely afternoon tea and spa experience. The round booths for the afternoon tea are lovely with a view of Manchester Piccadilly for people watching. The food was pretty good, especially the scones and a couple of the cakes (the savouries are ok). We got Prosecco and a couple of additional cocktails from the bar which were great. The spa is very clean and was nice and quiet with a very nice sauna. There is no pool but we were expecting this. We had 2 treatments each and my therapist Jenny was great. The shower facilities in the changing rooms were lovely. A very relaxing day thank you Malmaison.

Had a fabulous time at the Malmaison Spa for our massage treatments and afternoon tea. The spa staff were wonderful, taking time to explain how they would complete the massages. The afternoon tea selection was amazing, and the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a spa day.

My daughter and myself enjoyed a lovely few hours at the Malmaison Manchester Spa. I had the most wonderful back massage... without question the best yet! The staff were all lovely and the afternoon tea was very nice too!

My wife and I booked the Malmaison Spa (60 minute treatment) and the afternoon tea. The service was very good, clean and plenty of towels etc. the afternoon tea was much better than expected with a very good service. Only negative was the hotel doesn't have parking, but other than that it was amazing.
