Our second stay at the Bank House this year and again it was superb, the staff are so good and really make your stay that extra bit special. Our treatments were wonderful as usual and my Swedish massage was the best yet. We cannot wait to return.

Lovely spa but was disappointed that the Jacuzzi was not working. Also we thought that the treatments for a body wrap or scrub should be at the end of the day like late afternoon not in a morning. So you can enjoy the day and facilities more.

Went here with my best friend for a girly relaxing day. Booked the all day package which consisted of spa use all day, an hour treatment, a light lunch and robes and towels. The changing area is small but big enough, as it was very quiet. It has separate showers and toilet. The pool is medium size and the Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and drench shower are all great. I had a facial and my friend had a whole body massage and both treatments very brilliant. We both felt very relaxed afterwards and all the staff were welcoming and professional. The light lunches we had were sandwiches which were fresh and a great size portion. All in all, a great atmosphere. It wasn’t busy and we had a lovely day. Thank you
