Excellent bedrooms comfy beds, lift access to all floors, spot on breakfast, amazing bar (very poor one Stella glass in the whole hotel) and extortionate prices.

Sign in quick and efficient apart from booking 2 rooms and the booking coming up as 1 room, but sorted quickly enough, receptionist friendly helpful and nice and pleasant. Rooms pleasant and as required, could do with some water and glasses in the room, though tea and coffee making provisions are provided. Gym and Spa area small but very adequate for the amount of people using, gym lady very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine only again they had us down as 1 room and waitress had to check main reception for the other room. No fried or poached eggs on buffet was disappointing and my son only drinks hot chocolate which was not available from hot drinks machine or they were no sachets for hot chocolate. Our breakfast waitress was pleasant though very busy.

We have had an amazing stay at this hotel for a family birthday - the staff go out of their way to be welcoming & helpful, everywhere is spotlessly clean, the room/ restaurant/ spa area is all absolutely top notch and best of all - the price was just fantastic. We could not be happier with our stay and plan to return.
