I was greeted at reception by a staff member named Sarah who gave me a consultation about the treatment I was having today and also what products would be used. I then got settled on the bed and enjoyed an amazing combination of products and massage which was in no way limited to the face. Throughout the treatments my arms and shoulder, neck, face and head were all massaged beautifully which added a really lovely layer to the experience and just added to the relaxation element. The products that was used smelt unreal! At the end Sarah advised me on what she thought would help with my arthritis and what to go for next time I visit which would be more beneficial for my condition. Sarah and Ella made mine and my sisters spa treatment so relaxing and we would definitely recommend :)

Dunkenhalgh staff were friendly and informative throughout the day. The pool, thermal areas and spa lunge were all clean and pleasant environments. Afternoon tea was filling with fresh sandwiches and scones. Only suggestion would be to have home-made cake instead of mini processed cakes as add ons. Parking, towels, robes, lockers and ice water were all included. The changing area was warm, but could do with some modernisation (looking bit tired in areas and only two private changing cubicles). Overall, great value for money spa day with warm welcome.

Treatment was amazing, maybe the best facial I've had. The staff were lovely and the afternoon tea was top level. Myself and my partner are both vegans so to have such nice food was beyond expectations. I would come here again but the only downside was there is no traditional hot tub.... The swimming pool has a bench in it which has bubbles. It was cold. Other than that the experience was amazing :) the £10 voucher also is bit of a jip.... They just sell the spa products for the same price as online.

I really enjoyed the experience, but I do think it’s a bit on the pricey side. The treatment was absolutely amazing, and I liked the lunch! I had a great time swimming in the pool too. I felt relaxed and never rushed, which was wonderful. That said, I think the spa could use a little TLC in some areas, like the changing room, toilet, shower cubicles, and pool area—there are definitely some spots that could be improved. The pool water was a bit chilly, and I found the shower water temperature to be tricky, as it switched between too hot and too cold, which was a bit frustrating. The staff is amazing! Massive thanks to Molly for making my day special! I had a lovely day overall, with just a couple of areas that could use a little improvement! I would love to come back.
