Treatment was amazing, maybe the best facial I've had. The staff were lovely and the afternoon tea was top level. Myself and my partner are both vegans so to have such nice food was beyond expectations. I would come here again but the only downside was there is no traditional hot tub.... The swimming pool has a bench in it which has bubbles. It was cold. Other than that the experience was amazing :) the £10 voucher also is bit of a jip.... They just sell the spa products for the same price as online.

I really enjoyed the experience, but I do think it’s a bit on the pricey side. The treatment was absolutely amazing, and I liked the lunch! I had a great time swimming in the pool too. I felt relaxed and never rushed, which was wonderful. That said, I think the spa could use a little TLC in some areas, like the changing room, toilet, shower cubicles, and pool area—there are definitely some spots that could be improved. The pool water was a bit chilly, and I found the shower water temperature to be tricky, as it switched between too hot and too cold, which was a bit frustrating. The staff is amazing! Massive thanks to Molly for making my day special! I had a lovely day overall, with just a couple of areas that could use a little improvement! I would love to come back.

Really happy with the deal I booked. Arrived and checked into our room with no issues. Dropped our bags off and headed to the spa. The spa has a small lounge/bar area. Provided with robes, towels and slippers. Shown around and left to relax. Treatment was included, my only criticism would be that both my mum and I had slight differences to our treatment even though booked the same. With it been a Friday night the spa was in use until 10pm then the next morning before check out which you don't get at many places. Evening meal was so tasty and the serving staff were great. 1 negative is that the spa is open to members in certain hours which is fine but they were loud and often swearing which was a little off putting. However the overall experience was great and would book again.
