I was greeted by Alyse who was friendly and welcoming. She was very informative and also guided me with my gluten free intolerance. I had a back & shoulder massage and a facial and scalp massage which was so relaxing and felt amazing and truly pampered by Danae who was such a lovely young lady. Was impressed with the products used and purchased the recommended ones. Lewis was very helpful sourcing them for me and went the extra mile to be helpful. Thank you Norton Grange for a wonderful experience. Definitely will book again.

Me and my friend had a spa day at Norton Grange. The facilities were very nice, few things that could have been cleaned or swept but it didn’t bother us really. Food was really good! Loved the bento boxes. Staff were lovely, explained everything clearly, lockers, mud experience etc. For the price we paid it was a really nice relaxing day!

The spa day was a lovely experience, bought for Mum’s 80th birthday. We enjoyed a swim, the mud treatment and the thermal pool. Our bento box lunch was delicious. Changing rooms and showers immaculately clean, staff polite and helpful.
