We had a spa and afternoon tea experience, we arrived at 10am, kids are allowed until 11am so it was very loud but we knew this in advance, lockers were easy to use, changing area was basic and had hair dryers. The pool was all one depth, Jacuzzi was ok and small (3 or 4 people) sauna and steam room. We had a facial and this was fantastic. The spa bit ended at 2pm so quite early and then we had afternoon tea and this was perfect. Home by 3pm Quite a short day but good quality.

Had a fabulous time at Moor Hall! Spa facilities aren't massive but the pool, sauna and steam room were modern, clean and ticked all the boxes for me. The TempleSpa Smoothie Facial was epic!! Loved the smells! And the beautician was very good and friendly. My face is still reaping its benefits 24 hours later. Afternoon tea was plentiful for one, good choice of sandwiches and cakes. Only thing I would say is the spa lounge needs more. Would love some heated mosaic seating somewhere.

The afternoon tea spa day was good value for money. There's a lovely relaxation area which is warm and cosy. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate were available for the duration of our stay. The treatment was short, but really lovely. The pool area isn't exclusively for spa guests, neither is the changing room and this was the only downside. There was an aqua fit class so the pool was busy and noisy while we were using the steam room, sauna and hot tub. This also meant the small changing area was packed. Afternoon tea was delicious. All staff were lovely and friendly. We will be going back but will make sure we time our pool time better!

I recently stayed at Moor Hall Hotel and Spa with a friend for a one-night spa break, and we had a fantastic time. The hotel itself is beautiful, though it’s starting to look a little run down in places. However, the charm of the building and the excellent staff more than make up for it. A special shout out to Dylan and Jake, our waiters at dinner, who were absolutely lovely. The food was excellent, both at dinner and breakfast. The poached eggs were perfectly cooked, which is always a great start to the day. The spa facilities were nice, and the massage was excellent – very relaxing and professional. It’s clear the staff here are what make this place special, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Thanks again to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

My wife and her mother attended a spa day at Moor Hall Hotel and she had a fantastic day. She said the hotel staff were fantastic and provided a great experience for her and her mother. They both thoroughly enjoyed the day and would highly recommend this hotel.

Had a fabulous twilight spa, as a group of 4 friends. It wasn't busy (although admittedly it was a Monday evening) and the atmosphere was lovely. We all enjoyed our treatments and the pizzas were great! The spa had had an unexpected issue with the Jacuzzi, so it was cold, which was a bit disappointing, but we were all given a free drink with our meal as a sorry. Staff were lovely, so all in all it gets a thumbs up. We would definitely go back.
