We booked through SpaSeekers, very easy and fast way to book. We visited the hotel for a spa day. Having 2 little ones under 4 we have a full busy life. It was the first time we had some time away from parent responsibilities. It was perfect. The staff was very helpful, food was good. The messages were excellent. My husband fell asleep on the last 10 minutes that's how comfy he was! Pool was warm. Jacuzzi sauna all working. Facilities were clean and easy access. Thank you we shall return.

Lovely welcome from reception staff, was giving a menu to preorder our lunch, treatments back massage and facial best I have had in a long time. Pool area was ok plenty of beds and very clean. Lunch was amazing and very tasty. Hotel is a bit dated but very clean and tidy. Only couple of things flip flops would be better rather then slippers, as they get wet, we were unable to get tea and coffee on arrival as the garden bar wasn’t open, our first hot drink was at 1pm there is water in the pool area. Would go again plenty of parking and a wonderful day.

The hotel needs updating and changing rooms. Once you get over that the day was superb. Staff were polite and friendly, the pool area was clean and there was plenty of loungers. Not many people there, so very relaxing at peaceful. The spa treatments were brilliant. Thank you

Was welcoming and very helpful staff. Gloria in the treatment rooms was extremely professional, very friendly and excellent at her job. Facilities were lovely and food was delicious. Couldn't fault anything and I had a fabulous day.

My daughter and I experienced a wonderful day today. We were warmly greeted at the hotel and given our robes, towels and slippers. The pool area was lovely, clean and spacious. Lunch was delicious. The spa treatments were a real treat and very relaxing and enjoyable.
