Went with my daughter staff were all friendly and helpful. The room warm and comfortable and food lovely. Spa treatment was excellent. Very enjoyable visit.

Myself and friends visited for my birthday. We all very much enjoyed our treatments. The facilities were lovely. The pool was lovely size there was not one thing to complain about. The relaxation lounge was lovely very peaceful.everything was very clean and well looked after. Would definitely come back. Thank you.

We had a lovely two day spa break. The massages were excellent, very relaxing. Food was very good. Best of all were the staff. We really felt that they genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful break.

The spa package is really good value and we had a lovely time. The treatments are really good and the food at dinner and breakfast is good. Service could have been better at dinner and in the bar, little communication between staff, but most staff very lovely.

My friend and I enjoyed our day spa at Norton Park. Plus points - it was good value and a lovely venue. Michelle on reception was really friendly and helpful as was the young man serving in the bar area. The facial was good. The only negatives were the pool area was a bit cold, but the pool itself was fine, and the young man behind the bar was bordering on rude. All in all a great day.

I went for a spa day with my sisters and we were all very very happy with the venue and the facilities! To start with, the changing rooms had ample space and they were clean and comfortable and warm! The pool was large and you could actually swim lengths in it. The steam room and sauna were very spacious and there was lots of room for us to sit down in. There were also heated beds which were so comfortable and warm you would easily fall asleep on them! There were plenty of loungers. The treatments were lovely and the rooms where we had our treatments were clean and zen like! There was also a relaxation space for after the treatments which had loads of beds. We also had a prosecco lunch booked which was very tasty and we could sit in our robes as well which is a bonus! All of the staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly and all of the above was at a very good price! I would definitely go back again and I would recommend to everyone!
