From the moment we arrived to the minute we left to go home we felt so relaxed and was able to switch off from our daily lives. Only wish we had booked 2 nights rather than one. The Norton Park Hotel location was perfect for us. Not too far from home but far enough to feel like a getaway. The treatments both myself and girlfriend had really made us feel so relaxed and revitalizing the two ladies that looked after us went above and beyond to make our time in the spa a memorable one We chose the overnight stay with dinner & breakfast package and to say the food in the restaurant was absolutely gorgeous. We will definitely be returning in the new year.

We returned to Norton Park as we had a great time on our first visit. The spa experience was much needed. Norton hotel is set in nice grounds and feels like a real getaway. Spa was clean. The therapists were friendly. Downside was the pool was very busy and noisy with children. We therefore didn't use the pool. Relaxation room was good.

Fantastic day spent feeling very pampered! Treatments were absolutely excellent, therapists were superb. We had booked a package which included afternoon tea which was also great, I would definitely return, had such an indulgent day.

We were a group of four friends and had each booked individually using Tesco vouchers - which was a very easy process. Arrived at the spa for our pre-booked treatments - we were advised we could change or upgrade the treatments if we wanted to. My treatment (50 min back massage) was very relaxing. We were given a robe and a towel for the day and could use the relaxation room, pool, steam room and sauna (although be warned, there were "classes" going on in the pool in the morning - a baby class followed by an aqua aerobic class). We had afternoon tea booked as part of our spa package (which we decided to have at lunchtime) which was fresh, filling and delicious. It was in the conservatory and was very relaxed and laid back - we stayed there for a couple of hours then went back to the spa for a laze around the pool. All the staff we encountered were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. A relaxing and enjoyable spa day - and a good deal using our Tesco vouchers.

My son and I spent a wonderfully relaxing day here, celebrating GCSE results day. Michelle on reception was super friendly and welcoming, as were our therapists and the afternoon tea bar staff. The facilities were clean, uncrowded, and varied. The pool is long enough to be able to swim a short length. It was a great temperature. The steam room and sauna are both spacious. We loved the heated beds, the ice fountain and the cold/hot blasty shower! We had 2 x 25 min treatments, and both chose the full body scrub, and facial. They were delightful and we emerged feeling really pampered. The afternoon tea was very tasty and beautifully displayed. We thoroughly enjoyed our day here. We were not rushed, but able to spend a long time chilling out and chatting. The Summer Spa Day offer we were on was tremendously good value.

The spa was lovely, the lady behind the reception was so informative and helpful - and really friendly. The facilities were clean and nice to use. The spa wasn’t over crowded like lots of other spas. The treatments were nice, and relaxing. The therapist was very helpful with what products she was using after the facial. Over all a lovely place to celebrate birthdays. Will definitely return.
