By train: Rena Spa at NYX Hotel London Holborn is a three-minute walk from Holborn underground station, for the Central and Piccadilly lines. It’s a six-minute walk from Russell Square. St. Pancras International is also close. It’s just a 15-minute walk away.

I visited this spa with my best friend, it was a gift for her 60th birthday. We were greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. Everything was explained to us, where to go, how to use the lockers and where to wait for the massage we had booked. We were given a robe, towel and slippers, although the robes were a little small. There is only a ladder to enter and leave the pool so anyone with limited strength or disability might find it difficult to access the pool as there are no steps to walk in. There was cold water on tap and a lovely lady brought us a cup of coffee poolside. The massages we had were extremely good. The steam room was clean and hot, we didn't use the sauna. Shame there is no Jacuzzi though. In the changing room the showers are amazing. There is a hair drier, straighteners and bags for your wet costume. Overall it was a very good spa and we would definitely return again.

The spa staff are friendly and welcoming, facilities are clean. Pool, steam room and sauna was nice. No Jacuzzi at this spa. Are deal came with glass of bubbly which can only redeemed at the bar downstairs, not at any bar we went up to the rooftop to use the voucher there which we were kindly told we cannot use it there, I think it’s something they could change.

Myself and my cousin were completely blown away by this venue. We had treatment and were treated so well. On arrival at the hotel we were looked after so well by the front desk. All staff we meet treated us so special. The food was excellent. The vibe at the hotel was second to none. We were so happy that we did not want to check out. The sauna, steam room and the pool was so relaxing. With various stays at hotels in the UK and abroad this by far is my favorite. I would highly recommend. We would like to thank Ahmed, Angela and all the staff at NYX for your excellent service and for going beyond your duties. What a special place!
