Beautiful ♥️ Very relaxing massage, gorgeous dinner, and massive bed, really enjoyed our stay as a couple The only thing that let it down was that the Jacuzzi pool was out if order!! And that's one of our favourite things, however we did enjoy a nice bath in the superior hotel room 😀

The treatments and spa experience were so excellent. Please pass on our thanks to the ladies who did our massage and facial. It was great that we could be together. To improve, it would have been much better if on arrival it was made clear that we could go to the relaxation room in the spa. We were sent down to the pool, the changing rooms were cold and the pool was very busy with children jumping in and out and an aqua fit class - not quite the relaxing experience we were expecting! It would have been much better to have the spa facilities explained on arrival as once we got upstairs everything was so wonderful. Thanks again for a lovely day! Afternoon tea was amazing. Gluten free/pescatrian catered for immediately and the food was excellent, service impeccable.

An excellent booking experience! Friendly and efficient staff at SpaSeekers and a really great deal. Staying at the Plaza Park Cardiff where staff were so friendly, rooms beautiful and spotless and breakfast delicious. Pregnancy Treatment was so relaxing and a perfect way to relax.
