Treatments by Courtney were very good. Body scrub, full body massage, and facial were all done with good attention to energy and detail. She was quiet and calm but gave a good strong massage. An excellent relaxing experience. The venue was very disappointing. The steam room was tepid and Jacuzzi closed. The sauna was fine. Separate buildings meant getting cold, a pet hate when, for me, a main attraction of a spa is warmth.
