COVID-19 POLICY

All staff have completed Coronavirus training and will be operating full social distancing within salons.
After each treatment beauty rooms will be deep-cleaned and disinfected between each client.
New PPE will be provided for staff between each client.
Please arrive on time for your treatment as there will be no waiting area.
All staff have appropriate PPE, including gloves and visors and there will be sanitising stations in each treatment room and reception area.
All clients will be asked to sanitise their hands on arrival and wear a face coverning where possible. (disposable masks will be made available on reception).
A member of the Virtual Reception Team will contact you 24 hours prior to our appointment to confirm and proceed with a medical screening. If you or anyone in your household feels unwell the evening before or day of appointment you must contact the spa immediately.
No access to sauna or steam rooms at this time.
If you are required to change for a treatment, you will do so inside the treatment room where disposable bags will be provided to store your belongings.
No cash payments.
