Can’t live without lycra? There’s a state-of-the-art fitness suite at the hotel. But that’s just the start of your wellness journey at Quob Park. It has over 70 classes a week spread over multiple locations of its Estate. They’re the perfect way to work up an appetite for all the gourmet food and wine you’ll be devouring. 

Classes cost between £10 to £15 and you’ll need to book in advance, but they’re well worth it. At the Estate Clubhouse you’ll find running clubs and high-intensity classes like Bootcamp and Boxercise. On sunny days, classes are held outside so you can work out among the vines. 

Why not learn a new skill as you get your steps up? Nordic walking classes start at the Old House Hotel, and you’ll walk along the Meon Valley Trail between Wickham Square and Quob Park Estate. Can’t face the walk back? A shuttle bus will take you back to the hotel from the vineyard!

Its destination fine-dining Restaurant 1707 is led by Michelin-starred chefs and uses the best of Hampshire’s bounty. With some of England’s best wines produced at the Quob Park Estate vineyard just down the road, all food comes perfectly paired with tipples from the huge wine cellar. Chances are you won’t leave here without becoming better acquainted with its Quob Park Classic Cuvee!

Here on a spa day that includes lunch, dinner or afternoon tea? You’ll be eating in the relaxed ambience of the Café de Paris Club Bar. It has the same Estate-to-glass-to-plate ethos as the fine dining restaurant so you know you’re in for a gourmet treat.

Relax, water babies! While there’s no swimming pool at Quob Park Rose Spa, it doesn’t mean you won’t get wet. Pack your cossie, because there are multiple hot tubs of various sizes, cold plunge tubs, steam rooms and saunas dotted around this quirky, multi-level spa. If that’s not enough, keep an eye out for the buttons dotted around. Press them to summon a spa butler for some poolside refreshment.

Beautifully boutique with just 10 individually designed suites and bedrooms, turning your spa day into a spa stay will always be a temptation. All come with huge beds, luxe linen, Espa toiletries and well-stocked mini bars. Some even have their own private spas so your pampering can continue long into the night.

For spa day and half-day packages, arrival and departure times vary, so please check your booking confirmation. If you’re an overnight guest at the Old House Hotel, check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am.

It’s owned by Quob Park Estate’s owners, Rob and Tracy Terry. Quob Park Estate is made up of Quob Park Estate, four vineyards in the beautiful Hampshire countryside. They bought the land in 2001 and planted their first grapes in 2015. But they’ve since expanded and now, since 2022, own the Old House Hotel just down the road in Wickham. It’s here you’ll find the Quob Park Rose Spa, along with 10 boutique hotel rooms and a state-of-the-art gym.

You can’t leave without visiting the 180-acre Quob Park vineyard itself. Just a short drive away from the spa, a shuttle service will whisk you to the estate to explore the vineyard and sip the signature sparkling wine straight from the source, alongside glorious views over the vines.

It’s not. You’ll find Quob Park Rose Spa at the Quob Park Estate’s hotel. Called The Old House, it’s four miles from the vineyard, in Wickham. If you were thinking of visiting the vineyard for a tour or a tasting, the hotel lays on a shuttle service. No need for a designated driver - they’ve thought of everything!

The spa provides the robe, towel and slippers. It might be a good idea to bring more than one piece of swimwear so that you can stay warm and dry when having a treatment. 

You’ll also want something smart/casual to wear for lunch, dinner or afternoon tea at the Quob Park hotel. Although it’s relaxed, it’s a gourmet experience that’s well worth getting glammed up for.

It’s blissfully adults-only. Both treatments and the spa facilities are only available to those aged 16 or older.

The Quob Park Estate loves dogs. Famously dog-friendly, you’re very welcome to bring your dog to all parts of the estate, although they’ll need to stay on the lead in the vineyard.

No, there’s no golf course here, but there is one just a mile and a half away. Boasting scenic views of the Meon Valley, the mainly flat Wickham Park Golf Course welcomes non-members after 11am. Alongside the 18-hole parkland course, there’s a ​12-bay covered driving range, a chipping area and a separate putting green.
