A great spa day, with very helpful and warm therapists. A lovely two-course lunch. No pool or hot tub. The facial was amazing, and the full body scrub and showers were wonderful. Sauna and steam rooms with 3 experience showers of different temperatures and styles plus ice!

Amazing afternoon, started off with a facial, it was my first facial and wow it was so relaxing and my skin feels so soft. Then there's a relaxation room overlooking the river and then a sauna and steam room. It is quite small, I went on a Thursday so it wasn't too busy but it is very cosy! It was a great experience! Then I had a 2 course lunch at Scoff and Banter, that was delicious and so filling, I recommend this experience 100%. The only downside that is more to do with SpaSeekers than the spa itself is that you must remember to call the spa directly to book the time of the facial and the lunch. This is noted in small writing at the bottom of the confirmation email and I feel like a lot of people may not realise they need to do this. I fear that if you forget you would miss out on the experience altogether! But otherwise great day!

I booked the mud ritual for my friend and I. The spa itself was very clean, nice decor. Nice area to relax with heated seats and refreshments. The ritual itself was amazing. I’ve never done a scrub before and it was just great. Skin felt amazing. I also booked a Swedish massage after. The masseuse ( sorry I forgot her name) was excellent! Great manner, excellent technique and also just so genuine. Thank you very much :)

I booked an Urban Retreat spa package with my partner. It is a short walk from East India DLR station. The spa was small but lovely, consisted of a sauna, steam room, showers with different sensations/settings and a relaxation room where they had tea and fruit infused water. We also had a Swedish massage which we found very enjoyable - you can choose the firmness of the massage. The lunch offered as part of the package was in the hotel's restaurant and had lovely views over the Thames. food was great. No complaints from me, had a lovely day there.
