Visited the spa yesterday as it was a gift for mum's birthday we had 2 treatments, a facial and a 50 minute treatment called Relax in the City which consisted of a back exfoliation and massage including scalp, neck and shoulders. A very relaxing experience all the staff are very professional and the overall experience was lovely. Afternoon tea and Prosecco was also very delicious and to a high standard. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Louisa the massage therapist was lovely, very friendly and professional. My skin felt so smooth and I was really relaxed after the treatments - just what I was looking for! The gym/treatment centre reception could be a little more informative on check in - no safety info provided and no mention of the £1 Token/coin needed for the changing room lockers which caused some confusion as it's a cashless hotel.

Beautiful hotel, my massage therapist was amazing, really felt relaxed and comfortable throughout my package, back, neck, shoulder and head, the pool area was pleasant and the Jacuzzi lovely and warm.

The hotel is gorgeous and so is the spa. The shoulder, neck and scalp massage was delightful, my only issue is that I didn’t want it to end. The facilities are limited compared to other spa breaks, but what's there is lovely and great value for money on the Mon-Thurs rates.

My partner and I had a spa day, massage and two night stay at Leonardo Royal Hotel, and would happily return. The booking process was simple, we were made to feel welcome from when we first came in. The room was decorated tastefully and very clean, and the spa itself was beautiful with a large pool, sauna rooms and gym. The 25 minute head, neck and shoulder massage was a real treat!
