Booked a good value deal through SpaSeekers for 2hrs use of the pool and Jacuzzi, a Swedish massage, and a light lunch with fizz. The pool was a touch cooler than I expected - fine for swimming but only just warm enough for taking it easy and using the Jacuzzi. My wife thought the water temperature was OK though. The air temp was lovely and warm - great for when you come out of the pool. It was also nice to have a selection of seating round the pool. I found the decor a bit dreary to be honest - I'm sure its intended to look cool and sophisticated but it was a bit too dark and monotone for me. Our booking was for a Monday morning so the pool wasn't too busy at all, which was nice. The lady on reception was welcoming and helpful, the massages my wife and I had were really good, and the lunch was very tasty with excellent service. As a birthday treat to round off our long weekend in London it worked very well.

The spa was very inviting with a beautiful aroma when you step in the entrance, the massage was just what we needed and you can use the swimming pool and gym. The staff are friendly and willing to help you with what you need. Very happy with the day.
