Myself and my niece had a lovely stay, all staff were extremely helpful and really nice. We enjoyed how calm and peaceful the gym and spa was. We also done a fitness class which was great. Food was nice the chocolate brownie was absolute heaven. We left feeling very relaxed and I can’t wait to go back.

It was my first visit to this spa with my friend. We really enjoyed being there, with nice steam, sauna, and salt rooms, a very nice swimming pool, and very friendly staff. The place is clean, but it needs renovation in some areas. We had an amazing massage and afterward nice tea with pastries. Especially scones, it was perfect! We decided to visit the spa again. And already highly recommended the place to our friends.

Myself and two friends visited Reynolds today for a day of relaxation and a bit of pampering. We all agreed the back, neck and shoulder massage was fabulous. It didn’t disappoint at all and we’d love to visit again!

Apart from the upstairs relaxation room being left with plates and crumbs all over the tables for the couple of hours we were in there, it was the perfect day. From the welcome in the reception, to the amazing ambiance right through, the variety of steam rooms and the luxurious pool were just right. Then we both had a wonderful experience during treatments. Our nails were amazing and we felt our massages were just so relaxing. I talk a lot and had a wonderful conversation with the masseuse while my daughter loves quiet and quiet is what she got. Thank you for a great day. Met even exceeded all my expectations apart from the timing and management of the cream tea and the room it which it was served.
