Very good class and spa facilities. I had a package which included facial massage and head massage. Facial was very good m. The therapist accommodated me and did a longer facial and head massage, however the head massage was too firm and had left me with bruising and tenderness to scalp. I didn’t like to say but I found it very painful. Just a word to future clients to mention if the massage is too hard.

We had a lovely day at Reynolds spa. Great facilities friendly helpful staff. Gluten free options to eat which made my day even better! We will definitely be visiting again.

From the time we entered the spa reception it was prefect, the receptionist was welcoming and friendly, showed us round and explained everything to us. The afternoon tea was lovely too. The treatments were great too!

Really enjoyed my day. Facilities were very clean, staff were friendly and helpful and the treatments with Amy were fantastic. My only advice would be to take lunch if you are spending the whole day, as there only the cream tea (which was very nice - tea was delicious!), but no other food offerings. All in all an great spa day.
