Never heard of wave therapy? Where have you been hiding? This blissful experience sees you lying on a heated waterbed being delightfully pummelled by water jets underneath. It’s one of the hottest trends in spa-going right now - and it’s one you can experience for yourself at Rise, the serene spa nestled in Hilton Bournemouth.
But while wave therapy is deeply soothing, your 20-minute session is just the start of the pampering on offer. You’ve still got two delicious hours to flit from toasty sauna, to steam room and swimming pool, for an experience so good you’ll feel like you’re floating on air.
