Very happy with our day. Staff were lovely and Helen our treatment lady was fantastic. During treatments we used the pool and Jacuzzi both were tip top in cleanliness and looked inviting. We had lunch and the food was gorgeous. Overall very pleased and had a brilliant day.

Had a lovely experience, first time I've been to a spa by myself and had treatments before. The staff at Saks hair and beauty were friendly and showed me around and let me know to just come back for my appointment at the time it was. So I went in the pool, sauna, Jacuzzi before my treatments. The beauty therapist called Helen was lovely, made me feel very at ease and my first ever massage/facial was amazing! Definitely a treat and very grateful for my boyfriend purchasing this for me! Would recommend all the staff at David Lloyd was also very kind and helpful!

The health center itself was very clean and friendly. Facilities were great. Food was lovely with a lot of choice. The lady that did the treatments was very thorough in making sure she knew exactly which areas I wanted targeting and stress levels and she ensured I left feeling relaxed. Products that were used all smelt fantastic and felt lovely on the skin. Would happily go again.
