A very enjoyable spa break for the six of us staff very helpful and friendly hotel rooms quite spacious and clean spa treatments very good and swimming pool a good size. However, when we went to bed at half past 11 we realised that our bedrooms were directly above the function room where a very loud disco was in full swing. It would have been courteous if we had been made aware of the function and when it would end when we checked in. I don’t know if the hotel was full but perhaps we could have been allocated rooms elsewhere in the hotel , instead of directly above a very loud disco. As the hotel is located in a residential area we were also surprised that the function continued until half past midnight.

Have just spent a night at the Sketchley Spa. It is a lovely old building with lots of friendly staff. Plenty of parking, large rooms and a clean spa. The food at the hotel was tasty again with very friendly staff. I had a massage with Laura which was excellent and I would highly recommend her (I'm incredibly fussy with massages as well!) The only thing which slightly disappointed was the floor boards are very creaky, it is an old building but sadly the people above us got up at 6.30am and although only walking around normally the constant creaking of floorboards did wake us up. Would this put off coming again- definitely not.

It was originally difficult to get a Saturday night only, we waited from around April, to finally get a date in October. We were only able to get into our room at 15:00, but our treatment was arranged at 14:00, so that felt a little strange not being able to settle into our room 1st. My husband was disappointed that children were in the pool & we both felt disappointed when there were no loungers left around the pool, considering we only had from 15:00 to about 18:00 to enjoy the pool area. However the food both in the evening & breakfast was incredible. The beds were also very comfortable.

Went for my 40th birthday, absolutely beautiful setting, very friendly welcoming staff. Food was great. Bar a little pricey on drinks, 2 drinks £20. Spa was nice, only downfalls was the Jacuzzi broken and out of use and not enough loungers for guests, so didn’t get to actually relax on my birthday properly which was a real shame .

Excellent stay overnight spa package. Great deal only disappointment was evening meal choice not available so chose something else and that wasn't available either so third choice was a meal I didn't really want everything else was good.
