We had such a lovely time visiting today. The massage was wonderful. The spa manager was the most helpful and lovely man. Couldn't do enough for everyone. We went swimming and they was really lovely. We also used the sauna and my favourite was the Jacuzzi. Would definitely be back, thank you x

My partner and I had a nice day. We used the (very old) gym equipment then went for our massage. It was a 25 min treatment which was great then went for a swim and sauna. The steam room and ladies sauna were not working. Cold changing rooms but the manager warned us and I’d seen reviews anyway. Dated decor but enjoyed our afternoon tea. It’s not a luxury experience but a nice day. The staff were all really attentive and mainly left us to it. Not sure if it’s good value for money as lots of competition in Chester.

I visited the spa today with my sister, it was lovely and relaxing, pool was large, sauna and Jacuzzi was good too. We had the added bonus of a cream tea and my next, shoulder and back massage was really good. We both came away relaxed.
