The hotel and spa were beautiful and very accommodating. The spa was clean and well presented. The hotel staff were lovely and very friendly. Nothing was to much trouble: the food and drinks were pricy but you expect to pay more when at a hotel. The pool was warm and a fair size. The Jacuzzi was warm and relaxing. The steam room and sauna were as expected. Overall a lovely spa experience. The only let down were the spa staff. Uninterested, were more interested in being on their phones. Had to ask lots of questions as they just handed us our keys to lockers and that was it.

My wife and I booked the afternoon in the Spa with the Your Best You experience. We both had a very relaxing 60 minute massage, enjoyed the spa facilities and finished with a glass of Prosecco in the bar overlooking St Ives bay. Lovely staff and facilities.

Great space to relax and unwind, lovely little terrace to cool down after using the sauna and steam room. I had the Himalayan Rock massage with Becka, beautiful relaxing treatment expertly carried out. I would highly recommend. Will definitely go back and request Becka for my next treatment.

The spa is lovely, with amazing views across St. Ives. The treatments were very nice and relaxing. The therapists were informative and it didn't feel rushed at all. A very enjoyable day.
