The spa is a good space to relax. The service is friendly and welcoming. The sauna is in the changing room, so you don't have to wear much.

First time booking a spa in London and I am pleasantly surprised at how much is packed in to such a central location. Super tidy with friendly staff - we especially loved the relaxation room. My only suggestion would be to have ice chips etc for outside the steam room but maybe that’s not a British thing?
