A truly wonderful spa experience - Theoni (Spa Director) was so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming, even before I arrived at the spa. Julise, my therapist was exceptional - a beautiful, caring and respectful young woman, who made me feel so special and looked after during the whole 3.5 hours I was with her. The spa itself is a little gem of a hideaway in the Lensfield Hotel - beautiful environment, peaceful, tranquil and aesthetically amazing! I felt a million dollars after my spa experience and will definitely revisit, for another day of pure relaxation and indulgence!
