The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and offered a variety of options to take advantage of. We opted for a basic spa package but even that offered plenty to keep us busy for the morning we were there. I would visit again.

Attended a spa day including afternoon tea . Staff were really attentive and helpful, the facilities were good, except one of the hot tubs didn’t seem to be functioning correctly. I like the fact that there was only a small amount of people using the spa so we had no issues using all the facilities as I’ve previously attended spas where people hog the hot tubs so others don’t get to use them. The massage was good and relaxing and afternoon tea was nice, only down side was that the 3 hour spa day included the 30 minute treatment and the afternoon tea within the 3 hour window which in effect gave us only 2 hours use of the actual spa which wasn’t long enough really and made us feel a little rushed to enjoy the spa to its full potential.

Had a really lovely stay over at the bridge hotel, I have never been to a spa before and it was so good. Very relaxing and all of the staff whether it was in the spa or the hotel were very helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble, I went with my sister and we had a great time.

We booked 3hours spa access and massage. We received a complimentary mud treatment as their was a slight issue with the treatment timings, but this was quickly remedied and staff were friendly and helpful. Massage was excellent, facilities were very good; each area is divided which meant although there were other guests you felt like you had the space to yourselves. We would definitely visit again.

3hour use of spa facilities and 25minute back massage. Friendly, welcoming and informative staff who made our first spa experience really positive. A steady stream of clients using the facilities but felt very personal and not overcrowded. Really enjoyed the steam room and foot spa treatment. The back massage was amazing, highly recommend for that intimate personal feel.
