Girls overnight get away. Hotel staff were fantastic, spa spa very amazing. All very attentive and welcoming. The facilities at the spa modern and gave a relaxing atmosphere, treatments were aimed at relaxation and I was exactly that. All food we had was tasty and good quality. Only issue was room was slightly cold although hotel reception came up with a heater very quickly. Couldn't fault it otherwise. Would 100% return and highly recommend.

Great spa and value for money, I wish the afternoon spa offer was a bit longer. I don’t feel like we got enough time. Scarlett was lovely and the when arrived the welcome was great, great treatments. Wish I was made aware of parking and how much it was, parking is so expensive and there wasn’t any spaces, we went round twice when someone was leaving and managed to get their spot.

I booked this for my friends 30th birthday as a treat. We booked the afternoon spa day package. I was contacted the day before about our choice of food, allergies and what time we would like to eat etc. However when we arrived the car park had signs everywhere about paying for parking or an £100 fine. There was no signs anywhere saying this isn’t for spa guests etc so we ended up paying. However we were given robes and flip flops and the changing rooms were lovely. We then had our afternoon tea which was very nice, we did ask for a glass of Prosecco which took some getting as the lady serving kept saying we got a welcome drink and took a while to take our drinks order. The spa itself was lovely and relaxing, really nice pool area with the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi, which was slightly cold when we first went in it but later on had heated up. There was a nice outside area but this looked closed which was a shame. Overall a nice relaxing day.

Had a lovely break at the Majestic in Harrogate. Food fantastic with unusual combinations that worked and great traditional fare too. The spa staff were short staffed but did their absolute best. The Rhasoul mud experience was hilarious fun- my partner and I were given the different muds to apply & had a hoot, daubing each other! Hotel lovely, room in keeping with the hotel ambiance. Very well situated for the beautiful Valley Gardens in Autumn... Andrew the Maitre D in the restaurant was exceptionally kind and attentive.
