Just lovely. Staff very nice from booking to reception to spa to lounge for lunch. Facilities were very nice. The hotel is just beautiful inside. Lunch choices were a little limited but it was very tasty and cooked well. The massage was so good. Just what I needed. I thought the package deal was very reasonable for the time we spent here and the experience we had. Thank you to all staff.

The ladies that we had massaging backs and scalp today were fantastic - incredibly knowledgeable about products and put us at ease. The relaxation suite was a good addition, with space to rest and unwind. The site however is requiring a little maintenance, and a rethink of the space, to get to the outdoor pool from the spa it was a stony hilly walk, without signage which was frustrating. The restaurant menu for the 2 course lunch for the spa deal was a bit limited and disappointing in size of portions and mix of protein and veg. The service we had from 1 guy was good, but slow as the rest of team seemed to be lacking. A quiet lunch took 1.5 hrs from waiting for courses to be delivered, in a hot conservatory with no air flow. Would have liked the option to sit outside, but limited outdoor seating and no numbering system, which is an issue for their service.

The spa facilities were great to use. The treatments and the ladies that work hard to help us relax and pamper us were fantastic. All staff were lovely. A day out to Torquay and the spa facilities at the Imperial were great choice.
