Fantastic experience from start to finish. The team put together the perfect itinerary just what we were looking for. Lovely spa facilities, not too busy which was great. The therapists and treatments were amazing and so relaxing. Followed by afternoon tea which was delicious. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and we can’t wait to return.

I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’d never been to a spa before. The experience far exceeded anything I’d anticipated. Luxury from start to finish. Super facilities and rounded off with a head and face massage. Afternoon tea was a lovely treat too. Thank you.

Honestly the best spa I’ve been to. Amazing experience from beginning to end from the use of facilities and afternoon tea to the massage and facial ! It is in such a beautiful location and the experience was definitely luxury ! The only thing I would say is we couldn’t sit outside on the balcony for afternoon tea as there was already guests sat there and when we asked the waitress she said they were due to leave a while ago but she couldn’t ask them to leave, so we had no choice but to sit inside which was disappointment however would definitely recommend this spa for a relaxing day!

I was given this spa day for 2 as a birthday present by my husband last October. We arrived at 10am and were shown round by a very helpful guy who explained how the day would work and we were given our towel, gown & robe and a cup of tea. We enjoyed using the spa facilities and had 2 treatments each which were very relaxing with time in the tranquility suite either side of the appointments. We had both booked the 30 minute hot stones back, head & neck massage which was really nice, apart from it started with a foot massage for me which I was not expecting-I absolutely hate having my feet touched(!) and would have said something beforehand if I'd known it was going to happen. The second 30 minute treatment for me was a facial which was also very relaxing and my husband had the 30 minute leg and foot massage. Anyway we finished our day with an afternoon tea with a good selection of freshly made sandwiches (vegetarian In our case), scones & cakes, a glass of Prosecco and pot of tea.
