I had a wonderful Wave Bed Spa Day experience. The team were fantastic and looked after me so well. The relaxation area is beautiful and so chilled. I also loved my lunch, extremely filling. I could have stayed in the hotel all day, great setting.

Absolutely wonderful experience. First I have received a phone call from the hotel reception to book a time slot for my treatment included in a deal. And also time when we prefer to have a dinner and breakfast. We have arrived before check in time to use the spa facility and to have our treatment. Staff were lovely and polite. Loved the Wave Bed treatment. The pool area was kept clean. Room was very comfortable and clean. Stunning bathroom, very modern and tidy. Dinner at the restaurant was delightful. Steak and lamb was our food of choice. And we have heard good reviews on fish. Restaurant staff were amazing. Very professional and helpful. Breakfast was included and we had egg Benedict /royale on sour dough toast on request. Large menu to choose from. After check out we have stayed for some more pool and Jacuzzi time. It was 10/10 experience. Recommend to everyone. Amazing 5*

Me and my wife stay for overnight. All staff were brilliant and a nice, chill room for after with refreshments to lay in before heading down to the spa facilities. We had a meal in there restaurant on the evening, after feeling very relaxed and refreshed and for two people in the hospitality industry we could pick no faults with the food or the service our waiter James was brilliant, answered all of our questions, recommended us great wine. Food was wonderfully cooked for mains my wife had the steak and the chefs made a sauce that was not on menu to cater to my wife's taste I have the cannon of lamb was beautifully cooked and seasoned we left very happy. Our room was lovely bed was very comfy with a choice of 3 different pillows to cater for your personal preference which was a great touch our only thing personally was our room was a little warm but still slept fairly well over all 10 out of 10 and we will be back again. Thank you to all the staff keep up the good work đ

Overall we enjoyed our time at the spa, the treatments were great and the spa area itself was clean and appealing. However there were a few points which could be improved - as the pool has shared access with day/hotel guests and some exercise classes it was very hard to have use of this and the hot tub. In addition, we werenât informed of where we would be eating lunch until the time of, and we had to walk all the way through the hotel and sit in a communal area (we were in swimwear and robes) where other day guests were. It felt very uncomfortable, had we have known we would have gotten changed - we think this should be moved to a more private area near the spa floor.
