The Chelsea Harbour spa was the best for my birthday, I really enjoyed the peace and tranquillity I felt in during my massage from Alice or Alex apologies if I misnamed you, but you were a delight by far and made my experience something I’d never forget. I appreciate the receptionist took the time to explain the services in the spa and was kind, polite and professional. I will definitely come back again.

Lovely and clean staff polite and helpful hot water in jug was luke warm when checked by staff, refilled instantly then made my tea for me and advised to cautious as very hot water.

The spa itself was clean and well maintained. The sauna was lovely, and the pool was a great temperature. Sadly the steam room wasn’t working and we reported it. Maintenance came out quickly but were unable to fix it during our time there which is unfortunate.
