Purchased this as a Tesco Clubcard deal - it was a great experience - spa day and afternoon tea - really lovely afternoon! My only improvement would be to have the food times slightly different as it fell within our treatment time between 3-5pm and treatment was at 4pm, so maybe a chance to stay a little bit after the treatment would be good as I didn't want to eat straight away and go in the Jacuzzi etc. Our massages from Anwen and Emma were nice, I feel I needed longer on these as my shoulders are so knotted and tense though! I could have stayed there all day being massaged - plus love the water beds! James was absolutely lovely and charismatic! Really helpful when looking at products to buy.

I booked the venue for day and one night stay for my mum and sister as they’ve a particularly difficult year, they were not disappointed! From the time they arrived at reception right through to the following morning the staff could not do enough to help and the services were spot on, they were both very grateful for your professionalism.

Great spa. Lots of relaxation rooms including heated waterbeds! Treatments were great. big, clean, quiet spa areas, lots of beds and seating areas. Lovely buffet lunch. Added luxury would be more towels each / option to take a clean dry one when needed, and some drinks and snacks to help yourself to would be nice too. Negatives: drains need fixing in shower area (smelly). And 2 showers might not be enough if it ever gets busy - but for us it was a quiet day and so the two were fine. Overall this is a very nice spa and we had a lovely day, thank you. Note: the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi pool are not part of the spa, they are in the main hotel downstairs so expect them to be busy with lots of men and kids from the hotel. The spa itself though is lovely and when we went was quiet with plenty of room for everyone to relax
