We had a fabulous relaxing time at the Vale Spa - the place is beautiful decorated and spotlessly clean. It was a little busy first thing in the morning around the wet areas but by lunchtime the members had left and it was quiet. Many thanks to their wonderful staff - James, Atlanta and Caitlyn, they couldn't be more welcoming and helpful, we thoroughly enjoyed our full body massage treatments. We enjoyed a delicious gluten free lunch - this was by far the best gluten free options we've had at any Spa. The waterbeds in the quiet relaxing room are not to be missed, bliss. We would happily recommend this Spa and return.

The spa was lovely, nice facilities and very clean. Would not recommend booking through spa breaks as they booked us in for the 2pm spa afternoon and without telling us, booked our treatments from 12:30. This meant we missed them and could no longer have the treatments we had paid for. The spa looked through all of our confirmation emails and agreed that no where was it stated what time our treatment was.

Purchased this as a Tesco Clubcard deal - it was a great experience - spa day and afternoon tea - really lovely afternoon! My only improvement would be to have the food times slightly different as it fell within our treatment time between 3-5pm and treatment was at 4pm, so maybe a chance to stay a little bit after the treatment would be good as I didn't want to eat straight away and go in the Jacuzzi etc. Our massages from Anwen and Emma were nice, I feel I needed longer on these as my shoulders are so knotted and tense though! I could have stayed there all day being massaged - plus love the water beds! James was absolutely lovely and charismatic! Really helpful when looking at products to buy.

I booked the venue for day and one night stay for my mum and sister as they’ve a particularly difficult year, they were not disappointed!
