The treatments provided by Katy for my daughter and I were excellent. The afternoon tea was absolutely delicious. Every effort made by the staff in the dining room even though they were very busy.

It was nice how once you pay for your experience everything is included. (parking and hot drinks) The treatment and lunch was wonderful. My only criticism is the pool area could be cleaner / updated Also the pool area is open for water aerobics classes etc during the spa sessions so this wasn't very relaxing nor were there enough loungers to sit on for the amount of people in the pool area however you can't fault the service and friendliness of the staff. So overall a lovely experience as a whole.

Had the best time with my husband on our afternoon ritual. All staff were welcoming and helpful. Facilities are really clean and well appointed. Sadly the Jacuzzi was out of order but that was the only blip. Food was excellent and more importantly the treatments (full body massage) were the best. Top notch. For a higher middling price range for this kind of spa day you get more than you pay for with this one for sure.
