It was nice how once you pay for your experience everything is included. (parking and hot drinks) The treatment and lunch was wonderful. My only criticism is the pool area could be cleaner / updated Also the pool area is open for water aerobics classes etc during the spa sessions so this wasn't very relaxing nor were there enough loungers to sit on for the amount of people in the pool area however you can't fault the service and friendliness of the staff. So overall a lovely experience as a whole.
