Very reasonable price for spa overnight and dinner. Been to this particular place about six or seven times now, friendly staff. Rooms always clean and lovely white sheets, pool area could do with an update, but still clean.

Booked this for a chillout and recovery day after a busy 3 day festival with lots of walking and dancing. Just what was needed: superb treatments, great relaxing time in sauna, steam room and swimming pool and to top it all off, a lovely 2 course lunch with fizz sitting in the shade in the courtyard.

Firstly let me say that for the price, this is a great place midweek for a spa day on a rainy day. The facilities are nice, the light lunch was decent. The gym is a good size with great equipment. The towels and dressing gown provided were nice and fluffy. The pool was nice and warm and not too busy. But the pool area is sorely missing places to sit and relax. The arrival was a bit lack lustre. The person on reception took our lunch order, gave us our gowns but wasn’t very clear about where we went, lockers, etc. no guidance on facilities or what was available. We went straight to lunch and I had to find someone to ask how it worked. The saving grace was the treatments. I had a facial and scalp, neck and shoulder massage that were both amazing. The therapist literally put me to sleep. I was so chilled out when I left, I forgot her name! But she was amazing! Give her a raise because she was the only one who made me feel like we were in a spa.

We had a facial and foot massage. Both were very relaxing. The staff were lovely very professional. The facilities were good though the changing rooms are a little tired looking and only one toilet was working and not very well. Overall though we had a great day.
